Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 into an affluent family from Newark New Jersey is the daughter of Gospel star Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. They are also close relatives of singing sensation Dionne Warwick. The mother of Whitney and Whitney started singing professionally at the New Hope Baptist Church, Newark in the year Whitney was just fifteen years old. They performed backing vocals in Chaka Kans' hit song from 1978 Im Every Woman. She provided backing vocals for Jermaine Jackson, Lou Rawls as well as her mother. The year 1981 saw her begin singing with New York's funk band Material. It was her quality vocal work which attracted notice of major record label such as Arista. Whitney Houston, her debut album released in 1985, was the most successful debut of any artist. Several hit singles including The Greatest Love of All, Saving My Love For You How Do I know It's Good to Love You and The Greatest Love of All were released on the album. They set her up to smash the Beatles record with seven consecutive US number ones. The album came out in 1987 and has sold more than 25 million copies across the globe. The album Whitney was released in 1987, and featuring the hit singles How Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, built upon her previous success. But it was The Bodyguard (1996) that established her as the top selling album in music. Though the movie was not a huge hit and neither was her performance, the music of the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You hit the top spot on both the album and single charts across the United States for a number of months. Her sales exceeded 44 million albums across the globe. The same year that she had her daughter Bobbi Brown, she got married to Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. Around this time that her much documented usage of drugs began. By 1996 she was a daily drug user.

Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz or Dana Ruth Schwartz, as she's well-known as an American journalist and political analyst at CNN. Additionally, she has been a producer for some of the CNN's weekend shows, including Evans & Novak Late Edition'and Inside Politics. NBC and CBS have been her previous employers. In terms of awards and honors Bash was once placed in Women in Washington Power List published by Elle magazine. Her amazing anchoring and reporting skills have been lauded and acknowledged by many journalists. The George Washington University graduate is an adoring mother to her only son. The couple was divorced twice but is currently single. Bash is a woman who loves to be independent as well as strong is very loved by her followers. Because of this, the American Journalist has joined Instagram and Twitter to keep followers up to date with her private life.
