Born on 25 November 1968, Jillian Noel Hennessy is lively Canadian artist and performer who is celebrated for her contribution to American television. She's been recognized for her exceptional performances in the American TV show Law & Order in which she won the hearts of viewers for three seasons, playing the an attorney Claire Kincaid, and Crossing Jordan for six years in which she starred as the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh. Her acting talents were displayed in the film RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as in Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. In these films, she displayed her co-directing and writing abilities. Hennessy began her career in 1988, alongside her twin sister as call girls in the film Dead Ringers. In 1990, she played in a short stint on Broadway with the title Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. She then moved into science fiction and portrayed the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Her big break came at the end of 1993, in which she was a cast member as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. She mesmerized audiences in this character for three seasons before her departure in 1996.
